The Group accords high importance to fulfilling its social responsibilities to its various stakeholders including its employees, shareholders, consumers of its services, the government and the communities/societies in which it operates.

In recognition of the need to give back to the society in which it operates, FIRAS as a policy apportions not less than 5% of its Group profit before Tax for financing its community outreach programs in entrepreneurship training, and supports indigent but academically endowed and ambitious students in financing their educational programs towards fulfilling their academic career and capacity building objectives.
